WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST ASSETS UNDER MANAGEMENT IN JAPAN,
WE HAVE A HUGE IMPACT ON THE REIT MARKET.

Since the establishment of Kenedix Office Partners, Inc. and Kenedix Advisors, Inc. in 2003, we have steadily continued to increase our investment assets under management. Furthermore, in November 2023, the three listed investment corporations that we manage have merged to create the third largest J-REIT in terms of assets under management. We haves been managing assets by taking advantage of economies of scale, in response to the expectations of many investors.

We actively buy and sell properties based on information gathered through our extensive network, continuously improving the quality of our portfolios.
